It’s only day 2 and I already forgot I was doing this! I don’t want to forget! So many good Pins to accomplish. Okay, so, today I was going to share with you a crockpot recipe that I made that was really delicious. However, last night I had some ladies over for potluck dinner, drinks, and games. I tried this drink from a Pin and loved it!

Here’s a copy of the pin. It’s in my Food I Want to Eat category, but I’ve also made a Drinks category now, and am going to move those over.

Doesn’t it look pretty and yummy and I really love raspberries! The recipe calls for raspberry lemonade concentrate, 3 bottles of beer, 1/2 cup of vodka, and raspberries. Easy enough. Our grocery store had no raspberry lemonade concentrate, so I purchased lemonade plus some frozen raspberries. After letting the concentrate thaw, I blended the liquid with about 1/2 bag of frozen raspberries. Worked great!

Then I added in Stella Artois for the beer because it’s my favorite. Hmm…yummy Stella.

Added in a little bit of vodka. Stirred it all up. And this is what you get:

An empty pitcher! I forgot to take a picture of it in my glass! It was so good we finished it off pretty quickly. My friend who does not like any type of beer even drank it and declared it good! It really was tasty.

Okay, maybe not quite. I didn’t have the pretty jar or pretty glasses with names written on them. But it was still delicious. If you want a yummy alcoholic drink for your next gathering, try this!
