Aveeno Baby Lotion
Posted By Melissa on February 23, 2010
This week for Works for Me Wednesday I want to talk about lotion. I have always hated lotion. Hated the way it feels. hated the way it smells. Most of the time I felt itchy and dirty. Like dust would cling to the lotion and just make me feel ick all day. At one time I used one of Avon’s hand creams and really liked it, especially in the winter when my hands were very dry. However, I always forgot to purchase it!
One day I spotted this lotion in the baby aisle while getting something else for Hannah. She was a baby at the time and had dry skin due to it being winter and the heater running so much in our house. I decided to try the lotion for her. You know how a little extra gets on your hands?? Well, I loved it! It is soft and smooth and doesn’t smell funny.
Costco has been carrying these packs and since I love the body wash for Leah, this is a great deal for me. Lotion for me! All for me!!!
I love this heavy-duty one for when it’s really dry outside and the babies get bumps on their legs or my hands really need some heavy duty stuff. I do like the regular Aveeno lotion, but there is a smell that is just different. Aveeno Baby Lotion works for me!!!
Come back tomorrow to participate in Thursday Tips.

We use that too! I need to try their baby wash too b/c I hear it is really good.
I see from your sidebar you enjoy books. I would love for you to join me any Friday for my meme “Feed Me Books Friday.” Moms post about 1-3 bks that they love and come link up. This weeks optional theme is Dr. Suess books but you can post about anything.
We’d love to have you!
I’m going to check out your meme! I’m doing two currently. Blog Trail Tuesday and Thursday Tips.
Oh my…this stuff is great for my son! He drools like crazy and during the winter gets a red ring around his mouth…aveeno fixes that problem in no time! I agree…aveeno works for me too!
Ally! I forgot to mention that. Yes. My baby (okay she’s going to be 2 soon..not so much the baby anymore) sucks her thumb and drools and gets that awful redness around the mouth. Aveeno works great on it!
Oh I LOVE this stuff!!!!! I use it for my babies and myself faithfully!!
This is my first visit to your blog – I really liked your title!
I am also a military spouse (Hubby is Army!) I look forward to reading more!
